What is it that you need- in this moment- to survive quarantine?

When was the last time you stopped and asked yourself on all levels, what it is that you need right now?

Especially now when opinions are circulating, information is being thrown at you and you feel you are sailing in uncharted waters; what is it that you personally need?

This is not a question to put out to the experts for them to weigh in.

It is an invitation to drop in and see what it is that you want, what you need in this moment.

  • Silence

  • Solitude

  • Space

  • Fresh Air

  • A Hug

  • Company

  • A Sense of Normalcy

  • Rest

  • A Digital Detox

  • A Break

  • To let loose and expend some pent up energy

  • To Dance

  • To Sing

  • To Be Silly

  • To Laugh

  • To Create

  • To Be Seen

  • To Be Heard

  • To Be Validated

  • Any of these

  • None of these

  • There is no right answer

  • There is no wrong answer

There is only the invitation to check in with yourself, drop down into your heart of hearts, ask your inner child, check in with your spirit, your soul and then wait for the answer to bubble to the surface.

Then in an act of kindness, gentleness and generosity- provide that for yourself. Give yourself permission to make that your priority today.

Let yourself know you are here, you have shown up for yourself, and you won’t abandon yourself today.
